Before You Book

Please read the following information carefully before completing your booking:

Tickets are non-refundable unless Refund Protection was purchased at checkout.
Exchanges may be possible up to 48 hours before your visit, subject to availability.

If you arrive more than 7 minutes after your scheduled session time, entry cannot be guaranteed and tickets will not be refunded.

Age Guidance

Justice in Crimson is recommended for adults and children aged 10+.

Children aged 8–9 may attend at parental discretion.

Children under 8 will not be admitted.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). At least one adult is required per four children.

Accessibility

This experience takes place over two floors and involves stairs. Unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs.

Practical Information

There are no toilets on site, so please visit facilities before arrival.

The shop area is dog friendly; however, animals are not permitted within the attraction.

This is a phone-free investigative experience. All mobile devices must be secured for the duration of the session and will be returned at the conclusion of your investigation.
