This year, The Crimson Chamber invites you to step into a world of festive wonder as we open our doors for a traditional Christmas grotto on selected dates.

Meet Father and Mrs Christmas in their cozy winter retreat

Every child aged one and above will receive a special gift to take home, before venturing into the enchanted Snow Room for a flurry of fun complete with playful snowball fights and sparkling snowflakes that never melt.

There will be plenty of magical moments to capture along the way, with charming photo opportunities throughout your visit.

The grotto is most suitable for children age 3 to 10 who will enjoy talking to Father and Mrs Christmas. Please note if you book for a child over 10 then the present may be a bit young for them. 

All tickets are for group entry, admitting up to 4 or 6 guests per booking.

So if you have a group of 2,3, or 4 please book a group of 4 and if you have 5 or 6 in your party please book a group of 6. Please note all humans count in the numbers for the purpose of the booking.

You will be asked to give us the number of visitors when you book and tell use the name and age of the children – it will not be possible to bring more than 4 children to any one session.
 
Children receive presents in this session. Adults and babies under 1 do not receive presents
 
This is very much intended to be a photo opportunity with Father Christmas and is most suited to those who are looking for a traditional grotto experience.

The event will last approximately 25 minutes
