Before You Book

Please take a moment to read these important details before completing your booking:

• Tickets are non-refundable unless you purchased Refund Protection at checkout.
• Exchanges may be possible up to 48 hours before your visit, subject to availability.
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, entry cannot be guaranteed and tickets will not be refunded.
• The experience is suitable for children aged 3–10 (it is not recommended to bring a child over 10 to this session). Babies under 1 may be carried. For safety reasons, the attraction is not recommended for children aged 1–2, as the artificial snow used inside poses a choking hazard. If you do bring a younger child then you will need to supervise them at all times.
• Only children under 10 receive age appropriate gifts – these are token presents to accompany meeting Father Christmas.
• No pushchairs, wheelchairs or dogs can be accommodated inside the attraction for safety reasons.
• No toilets on site, so please visit before you arrive.
